What happens after I pay?
First and foremost, you will gain access to my personal Messenger immediately after your order. This ensures the least delay in our communication. Email is inefficient, and I understand that. Following your order, you will receive an initial survey from me. It's essential for me to learn about your current situation, challenges, problems, and goals.
After completing the survey (which takes about 5 minutes), I will put together your entire individual plan and strategy. This plan is tailored just for you and nobody else. It includes your workouts, your diet, and many other aspects you haven't even dreamed of before.
The process of creating your personalized plan takes about 12 hours after you've submitted the survey. Afterwards, you'll know exactly what to do. Then, it's time to execute. By this time, you will have already gained access to my private membership platform. This platform is where I prepare my clients on how to work efficiently with me and my tools.
Is this really "personalized" or just another copy-paste?
Well, if it were easy, I wouldn't have been able to transform so many people at so many individual beginner stages. Nor would it mean that I have found the holy grail for every person on the planet. Both of these propositions are very unlikely.
See, there's no 'one-size-fits-all' solution. Yes, there are certain principles that apply to every human being, but your daily routine will differ from that of another client. Your nutrient needs will be extremely different from those of another client. Your workout exercises, frequency, intensity, and volume will all vary from another client's regimen.
I can guarantee that I really sit down and think about what each client needs to do to achieve their results quickly. Plus, I invite you to ask my hall of fame clients about their experiences and what they had to do. You'll see that they all received totally different plans and instructions from me.
Are these transformations real? Some look enhanced
If you are a regular guy who doesn't want to compete, I highly advise you to take the natural approach and reach your maximum genetic, God-given potential. Many people will already be more than satisfied with their natural limit, so generally, there's no need at all.
On the other side, there are also people who DO want to compete professionally and openly state that they would like to use enhancements and want some guidance on that.
Do I need a gym? How often do I have to workout?
You don't 'need' anything necessarily. I'm NOT trying to fit you into a plan; I'm trying to create a plan that fits YOU. And I know that sounds super generic, but it's really the case. So, if you can go to a gym, awesome. If not, no problem. You tell me whether you can go 3 times, 4 times, 5 times, or 6 times a week—I'll develop something for you.
I've had many clients who couldn't go to a gym. For them, I developed a system that allowed them to work out at home, and they achieved better results compared to most people who go to the gym 5 times a week.
I'm a very busy person. How does it work out with your coaching if I don't have much time?
Similar to the question above, I will not try to fit you into something that's just not actionable for you. If that's a concern, I ask you to present me with your schedule, and I will develop a plan that fits into it.
And yes, there has always been a solution. In the last 18 years, I've never encountered a case where someone truly had no time left to work on their body. Are there any extra costs for supplements, food etc?
Sometimes, people think they need to spend $500 on steaks and $100 a month on supplements, which is amusing but not true at all.
The truth is, most of the time, my clients even end up saving money because we eliminate a lot of unnecessary items. You can send me your list of food and supplements, and I'll tell you exactly what you need and what you don't. Often, people waste too much money on unnecessary, ineffective, and sometimes even dangerous or toxic products. Spending money on toxic supplements? Not on my watch.
